The service

Tel-IQ is a reference tool for telecom engineers. It searches published standards and documentation and produces answers grounded in that material.

Engineering judgement still applies

Answers are provided for reference. Verify against the governing specification before acting on them in a production network. You remain responsible for changes you make.

Your account

Keep your login credentials secure. Accounts are for individual use. Each question uses credits, as described on the pricing page.

Payment

Credit packs are one-off payments; nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Availability

We aim to keep Tel-IQ available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
