The service

Tel-IQ is a reference tool for telecom engineers. It searches published standards and documentation and produces answers grounded in that material.

Engineering judgement still applies

Answers are provided for reference. Verify against the governing specification before acting on them in a production network. You remain responsible for changes you make.

Your account

Keep your login credentials secure. Accounts are for individual use; each plan carries a monthly question allowance described on the pricing page.

Payment and cancellation

Paid plans bill monthly or yearly in advance. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Availability

We aim to keep Tel-IQ available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
