What we collect

• Account details — the name and email address you provide at signup.
• Questions you ask — stored so your chat history works.
• Basic usage data — questions used against your monthly allowance.

How your questions are processed

Tel-IQ answers by searching a library of telecom standards and sending relevant extracts, with your question, to a third-party AI model provider. Your question text leaves our servers for that purpose only.

Payments

Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your card details.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing teliq@tech-iq.africa.
