Each answer uses one credit. A long research run in @agent mode can use two or three, because it runs many searches. Your free monthly credits are used first, then the pack that expires soonest.

A pack lasts 12 months from the day you buy it, and buying another pack never shortens the ones you have. The 5 free monthly credits do not roll over.

Every answer shows how many credits you have left, and Tel-IQ tells you when you have used them all. Buy another pack at any time and it is added straight away, or wait for your 5 free credits on the 1st of the month.
